I had been trying to get insurance for weeks and finally was referred to Andrew Moncada for my Homeowners insurance in Florida. He had 3 choices, but only one was the one I needed. He’s been very kind and has answered my many questions.

I was referred to Preferred by Tom Smith, Surf to Turf, home inspection services. I placed the call and Ms. Linda Rodriguez answered. She has been associated with the firm for many years.
Upon my initial contact I sensed a warm comfort feeling regarding her composure, intelligence and listening skills. After we ended our initial contact we parted ways. I thought about what had happened and the very next day reconnected with Ms. Rodriquez.
We began our professional business relationship and I can say it's been an excellent decision. Helpful, re-assuring and she provided superior direction on how, what, when, and why to proceed. This firm has an excellent customer service initiative by having Ms. Rodriquez on the Preferred Team. I would highly recommend using their firm. My needs were to obtain homeowners insurance, a week after Milton landed. Ms. Rodriquez answered the call and went overboard to provide and meet my needs. Jim Townsend, new homeowner in Florida.
